Minutes of the 2013 Club AGM are now available to view or download in the members area of this website.
At the AGM Tony Berry was elected Club Chairman, Jerry Sanders Vice-Chairman and Steve Baldwin and Tony Bracaliello were welcomed as new Board Members. They join Treasurer Denise Rolland, Company Secretary Jacquie Quin, Tennis Delegate Chris Dobson, Bowls Delegate Keith Crayk, Assistant Secretary Linda Willcocks, Bar Manager Natalie Biardeau and Social Director David Allman to complete the composition of the Board.
In fact, the Club’s Constitution allows for up to 15 Directors, and we currently have 11, so anyone who feels they could make a contribution at Board level, perhaps bringing expertise from their working experience for the benefit of the Club, is welcome to approach any of the above-mentioned for an initial chat.
The AGM was well attended, and the bustle about the Club was enhanced with the presence of the Amy-Rose Bowl participants (see the Bowls Section website Highlights, here).
The day also saw the debut of Club Caterer John Day’s first official function, serving home-cooked baked potatoes with attendant garnishes of Tandoori chicken, coleslaw, cheese and salad to the Amy-Rose Bowl competitors and guests.
