Social Tennis at Bush Hill Park Club
Our social tennis section is for people who simply love to play the sport – but without the competitive element.
Members of Bush Hill Park Tennis Club, enjoy the following perks:
- Play anytime from 7.00am – 10pm, all year round
- LED floodlit courts
- Free social tennis sessions.
- An invitation to our friendly WhatsApp group
- Use of the Club’s historic bar
- Access to a buddy system, if desired.
Social Tennis Sessions
Everyone is welcome to come down and play tennis together at our Club social tennis sessions.
Our current sessions are:
- Wednesday evening (from 7pm)
- Sunday morning (from 10am)
Social Tennis Ladder
If you fancy a bit of competition, you can climb the ranks in our Social Tennis Ladder.
The Club also has an active mixed singles social tennis ladder, where members of mixed ability are able to play throughout the year.
Members of all standards are able and encouraged to enter. It is a great way to keep fit and meet like-minded people.

Social Events
As a Club we host several fun tennis-themed afternoons and evenings throughout the year.
Examples of the fun social events you can take part in as a member are:
- The famous beer tennis tournament
- Traditional tinsel tennis celebration at Christmas
- Official Wimbledon ballot evening (or afternoon)
- Wider Club social engagements including live bands
- Curry nights
- And plenty more!
